AUCTION RULES

1.Each item will have a minimum starting bid and a minimum bidding increment, which may vary, from one specimen to another.   All Bids should be submitted in full dollar increments (for example $1.00 not $1.50).  Some auctions may also have a maximum bidding increment as well.

2. Auction winners will be notified by email within 48 Hours of the end of each session.

3. By bidding on a specimen you are accepting your responsibility and ability to purchase the item at the price stated by your bid.  By bidding on a specimen you are agreeing to purchase the specimen, which constitutes a legal and binding contract.

4.Bids may not be retracted unless there are special circumstances (we will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis).  Please be sure to evaluate things carefully ahead of time and please contact us at info@minmarket.com  if you have any problems or questions.

5.Specimens will be shipped only after full payment has been received. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping, handling and insurance costs.  We do, however offer free or reduced domestic (United States) shipping charges for purchase of items, in any given order, of $30 or more. Note! This does not apply to our accumulated shipping option.  We will also honor all custom shipping requests but the costs are exclusively the responsibility of the buyer.  For more details about shipping policies and costs CLICK HERE.

6.Arrangement for payment (or full payment) must be made within 7 days of the email Confirmation of your high bid otherwise your specimen may be defaulted to the previous high bidder.

Note: If his option is exercised more than one time your account may be terminated and you may not be allowed to use our auction service.  Once again each incident will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. MFG Auctions Co. is NOT responsible for lost or damaged shipments that are not insured!!

The one exception to this “rule” is cases where specimens are broken or otherwise damaged resulting from packaging, handling or other problems directly associated with MFG Auctions Co. in which case reimbursement for MFG Auctions related problems will be made ONLY upon the return of the damaged merchandise. 

8.You must report problems (damaged specimens or any other problems) within thirty (30) days from the time that you receive your shipment.

MFG Auctions Company guarantees customer satisfaction and will do everything within their power to correct any problems to your satisfaction provided that you do contact us within the 30-day time period.
